Well, hello and welcome to the J Sterling Hughes Show, where we share how we have built our family law practice from zero to 27 plus attorneys and doing 17 million in revenue this year. And I am here to make an announcement to you all that we are consolidating and rebranding this podcast to Sterling Family Law Show. Now here's the context around that. I have a co-host joining me here. This is my partner, tyler Dolph, and a sister company, rocketclicks. So say hi, tyler.
Speaker 2:Hello everyone. It's a pleasure to be doing this exciting merger with you, Jeff, Excited to get both of our teams and talents together.
Speaker 1:Yeah, so everyone, let me give you all some background on this. So I have been doing this podcast for going on two years and my cadence has been roughly one episode a week where I'm just trying to share with you what I'm seeing, what we're doing everything about helping family lawyers grow and build the practice of their dreams, and meanwhile Tyler and Tony and our friends over at Rocket Clicks have been doing pretty much the same thing helping family lawyers as well. They're focused on family lawyers and helping them grow their practice, and so we just realized having two podcasts made no sense. Let's put it together so we can double and triple up on the value that we're trying to deliver and help our family lawyer friends build their practice. So, tyler, I don't think I've mentioned much about Revenue Roadmap here, so maybe you can give us a background there and what you anticipate we're going to be able to do together going forward.
Speaker 2:Yes, absolutely so. As I think your audience knows, tony Carls, the other co-founder of Sterling Lawyers, is now the president of RocketClicks and he's really helped us pioneer our family law firm offering, and in doing that, we wanted to share those wins, the learnings that we have, with our family law clients over at RocketClicks, and so we have a interview series where we interview successful law firm owners all across the country and they share their learnings, their lessons learned, the hey I wish I would have done it this way which has been a great series. We also have a kind of in the weeds, deep into the weeds SEO and paid search and digital marketing for family lawyers. All of those series are going to continue running on our new shared platform, but it's going to be a great opportunity to leverage all of the success of your podcast, as well as some of the different series that we have on Revenue Roadmap, and merge that into one nice, beautiful package that we're going to call the Sterling Family Law Show.
Speaker 1:So, just for clarity, your interview series those are with winning family law firms. These are not just any law firm, these are strictly family. So everything we anticipate putting out is going to be to help family lawyers build that amazing dream practice that we want everyone to have right.
Speaker 2:Yes, and I think it's really important that there's so many aspects to creating a very successful family law firm and we wanna take all those aspects and package them up into two different episodes for our listeners to learn and grow from.
Speaker 1:And we've already got about four or five episodes in the can ready to launch out next week. So when you open up your podcast app next week and this automatically downloads, instead of saying the Jay Sterling Hughes Show, it next week, and this automatically downloads, instead of saying the Jay Sterling Hughes show, it's going to say the Sterling Family Law Show and it's going to be the content that I've produced and that Tyler and his team has produced, and we're just going to put it all together. Hopefully you'll have something a couple of times a week that you can listen to and get ideas from and learn from to grow your practice.
Speaker 2:Yes, we're going to have episodes just featuring me, episodes just featuring you, episodes featuring both of us. So you're going to get a different flavor on this show, but hopefully some of the historic things or content or voices that you're used to, as well as some new stuff as well.
